In-form Rangers can move back to the top of the Scottish Premiership by claiming an eighth win on the bounce when they head to Dens Park to take on Dundee in Saturday's late kick off.
After an inauspicious start under Derek McInnes, which included an acrimonious defeat to Jablonec in UEFA Conference League qualifying, Rangers have more than found their feet.
Their run of seven straight victories includes six successes in the Premiership, one of which came against Celtic, while they also beat their Old Firm rivals in the Scottish League Cup.
With leaders Celtic not facing third-placed Hearts until Sunday, Rangers can not only put more pressure on their bitter rivals from across Glasgow, but also take their place at the summit, but only with a victory.
Winning at Dundee will be no easy task for the Gers though, as Saturday's hosts are themselves in form, registering back-to-back wins over Motherwell and Falkirk either side of the international break.
Best Bet - Rangers to win & under 3.5 goals @ 7/5

Best Bet: Rangers to win & under 3.5 goals @ 7/5
The pressure was mounting on McInnes following Rangers' calamitous European exit, which came off the back of taking one point from their opening two Premiership games.
Credit where credit is due though, McInnes and his team have more than steadied the ship, claiming seven successive wins, the highlight being their 3-0 League Cup success over Celtic, although the majority of their league victories have been ground out.
Prior to last Saturday's 3-1 win over Kilmarnock, all of the Gers' league successes had been by a 1-0 or a 2-1 scoreline, and they may have to edge past Dundee as well.
Dundee have won their last two by the odd goal and have proved difficult to beat all season, with their three league losses all coming by a one-goal margin, including a 1-0 defeat at Celtic and a 2-1 reverse away to Hearts.
Rangers are unbeaten in their last 20 meetings with Dundee, winning 16 of those, and they should have more than enough quality to take all three points, but they are unlikely to blow their hosts away by a big scoreline.
Alternative Bet: Ryan Naderi anytime scorer @ 6/5
Whether operating as an attacking midfielder or a centre-forward, Ryan Naderi has emerged as a key figure for Rangers this season, topping the club's scoring charts with six goals in all competitions.
The 23-year-old has four goals in his last four Premiership appearances, including netting a brace in last weekend's win over Kilmarnock.
It has certainly been a memorable few weeks for Naderi, who also made his full international debut for the Czech Republic earlier this month.
Kevin Kelsy anytime scorer
Djeidi Gassama 3+ shots
Both teams to score - No
Under 2 Dundee cards
Pays 10/1
Another Rangers forward that appears to be settling into his surroundings is summer recruit Kevin Kelsy, who became an instant hero with Gers supporters with his goal against Celtic in the League Cup.
Since then, the Venezuela international has scored his first goal for his country in a friendly against Japan and broke his Premiership duck in the win over Kilmarnock. He is a prime candidate to get on the scoresheet again on Saturday.
Djeidi Gassama is another Rangers player that will be keen to score and he is certainly not afraid to let fly, firing off 30 shots in the Premiership this season - 11 more than any of his team-mates.
The winger had seven shots alone against Kilmarnock and has managed three or more in six of his eight league appearances this season.
Dundee may have to do a lot of defending and chasing out of possession but that will not necessarily lead to picking up plenty of cards.
The Dark Blues have received the joint-fewest yellow cards in the Premiership this season - just 10 in eight games - and Steven Pressley will expect his side to keep the card count down once more.
Finally, it could pay to back both teams not to score, which would have been a winning bet in seven of Rangers' last nine games and in their last two meetings with Dundee, both of which have ended in 3-0 victories.
