Enzo Fernandez Next Club Odds

Enzo Fernandez has been called up to the Argentina National Team for the 2026 World Cup in North America, and while playing with his nation, he'll also be auditioning for a new club.

Fernandez had a fantastic 2022 World Cup in Qatar, winning the Young Player of the Tournament award and earning a $131 million transfer to Chelsea.

In four years with the Blues, Fernandez has proven to be an consistent producer of goals from the midfield in a young and inconsistent team. In 169 appearances across all competitions, the 25-year-old scored 31 goals and added 30 assists.

Fernandez also had his most prolific season last year as Chelsea finished 10th in the Premier League, scoring 15 goals and adding seven assists.

Finishing 10th, Chelsea's project has failed to achieve UEFA Champions League football for the second time in three years, and failed to qualify for any European tournament for the first time since 2016/17.

Without a European competition, it's reported that Chelsea could be open to selling their star midfielder, and Fernandez is also not against a move.

Clubs that have been reported to have interest in the Argentina international are Real Madrid, Manchester City, PSG, and more Premier League clubs.

Chelsea want at least $100 million after dishing out $131 million when he was 21, and many clubs are unable to reach that steep asking price. Not to mention Chelsea are ideally looking for closer to $120 million.

For the second time in four years, Enzo Fernandez is auditioning for a new club at the World Cup.
