Spain are through to a second World Cup final after producing a sensational performance to beat France 2-0 at the Dallas Stadium.

After Lamine Yamal was fouled inside the area on 21 minutes, Mikel Oyarzabal made no mistake from 12 yards as he confidently dispatched the penalty to make it five goals for the tournament.

Spain remained comfortable throughout the remainder of the first half and although many would have expected France to come back out on the front foot, the 2010 winners continued to have the better of proceedings.

Tottenham's Pedro Porro picked up the ball and played a superb give and go with Dani Olmo before calmly slotting the ball past Mike Maignan.

Spain will play the winners of England v Argentina in Sunday's showpiece final and on this evidence it will have to be a superb performance to get the better of Luis de la Fuente's side.
