Rangers are reportedly hoping to beat West Ham and Hull City to the signing of Brighton & Hove Albion starlet Amario Cozier-Duberry.
The 21 year-old excelled on loan at Bolton Wanderers last season, playing a starring role in their promotion to the Championship.
A product of the Arsenal youth academy, Cozier-Duberry made 41 appearances last season, scoring 10 goals and registering 13 assists from the wing, in what was a significant breakout season for the youngster.
Having joined Brighton from the Gunners for a reported €2m two years ago, the Englishman has just two years left on his current deal with the Seagulls, alerting a number of interested suitors.
Such has been the potential shown by the former Blackburn Rovers loanee, he has featured for England at all age grades so far, making 23 appearances and scoring seven goals.
