Los Angeles Rams v Buffalo Bills Prediction, Tips and Bet Builder

The Buffalo Bills will look to get back to winning ways when they travel to SoFi Stadium in the early hours of Tuesday morning to take on the Los Angeles Rams in Week 5 of the 2026 NFL season.

Buffalo are still top of the AFC East, but they were beaten 29-26 by the New England Patriots last week and now face an even tougher challenge.

Los Angeles held on to beat the Philadelphia Eagles 24-20 in Week 4 and they will be delighted to return to home soil for this week's blockbuster clash in the NFL.

Los Angeles Rams v Buffalo Bills

Los Angeles Rams v Buffalo Bills Prediction

Best Bet: Los Angeles Rams -3.5 @ 25/26

The Rams have a 2-2 record heading into this clash, but they have only played poorly in one of those games. Their Week 1 27-7 defeat to the San Francisco 49ers took place in Melbourne and coach Sean McVay took the blame after deciding to arrive in Australia as late as possible.

Since then, the Rams have beaten the New York Giants 28-6, lost 30-26 to the Denver Broncos and also proved too much for the Eagles.

They have scored well and their offence should get too much joy against a Buffalo defence that has conceded 26.8 points per game.

The Bills have allowed 372.3 yards per game on defence and they are 30th in opponent EPA per play and 28th in opponent success rate.

McVay's team have conceded the fewest passing yards in the NFL with 145.5 and that should reduce the impact Bills quarterback Josh Allen has on the game.

At home, the Rams look good value to cover the spread against a defence that is simply unable to make life difficult for the opposition.

Alternative Bet: Over 54.5 Points @ 100/109

The last clash between these two teams finished 44-42 to the Rams in December 2024 and another end-to-end battle is expected.

Buffalo's best chance of winning is to attack, as their defence is simply not good enough to compete for long stretches.

Any game involving Allen and Matthew Stafford is worthy of watching and there are too many offensive stars on the pitch to not back the overs line in this one.

The overs line is 7-3 in both teams' last 10 games, so expect more fireworks in this one.

  • Davante Adams Over 59.5 Receiving Yards

The Bills' defence should get outclassed from the outset and it should start on the ground. Rams running back Kyren Williams has rushed for 80 yards or more in three consecutive games and he has averaged 5.4 yards per carry.

Williams' ability to make valuable yards should allow the Rams' passing offence to hit their stride.

Puka Nacua is still working his way back to full fitness, but he finished last week with 125 receiving yards from nine catches.

Against the Bills' leaky secondary, Nacua could have a field day.

The same can be said of fellow receiver Davante Adams, who has 390 yards in four games.

The former New York Jets pass catcher has surpassed 135 yards in two of his four appearances and should be able to punish Buffalo's secondary for their sloppiness.
