Hull City are reportedly targeting a move for Everton midfielder Tim Iroegbunam as they prepare for their return to Premier League.

With the 22nd of August fast approaching, Hull are looking to overhaul their squad with a series of new arrivals and it appears Iroegbunam is firmly on their radar.
According to a report from Hull Live, the club have earmarked Iroegbunam among a shortlist of multiple potential additions this summer.
Iroegbunam has just one year remaining on his current deal on Merseyside, potentially opening the door for a £20million switch.
After emerging from Aston Villa's academy, Iroegbunam featured for the Young Lions as England defeated Israel to win the 2022 UEFA Under-19 Championship.
He then spent the 2022-23 season on loan in the Championship with QPR before joining Everton for a reported £9million in the summer of 2024.
Injuries limited him to just five Premier League starts in his maiden campaign with the Toffees but Iroegbunam was a much more regular feature in the Everton last season.
In all, he made 31 appearances for the club in all competitions, contributing three assists.
Hull are still yet to confirm any new arrivals this summer, with their current focus seemingly to be allowing a number of players to leave as they look to avoid a points deduction.
Reports suggest the club will need to raise around £6million before the end of the month in order to pass profit and sustainability regulations.
