Celtic have confirmed the signing of Danish centre forward Kasper Hogh for £11m plus add-ons, signing on a four-year deal.
The Hoops' interest in the striker dates back to January, where they made an enquiry for the former Bodo/Glimt striker. They weren't alone in their interest for the 25-year-old, with Championship outfit Norwich City lodging a reported £6.9m bid to secure his signature.
Hogh opted to stay put in Norway and see out Bodo/Glimt's 2025/26 UEFA Champions League campaign, where he scored five goals and registered three assists before the cub's round of 16 exit to Sporting CP.
In retaining Hogh's services until the summer, the Eliteserien outfit made a greater profit on the centre forward -- who joined the club for a fee in the region of €700k in 2024. The switch sees him become Bodo's second most expensive departure and Celtic's club-record signing.
If Hogh is to bring anything to the reigning Scottish Premiership champions, it's goals.
The prolific bagsman found the net on 41 occasions in 77 appearances in the Norwegian top-flight, enjoying his most productive term in 2025 -- where he scored 17 times in 28.
A brace against Manchester City and goals in wins against Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan alerted more suitors in the transfer market, but it's Celtic who have won the race for the striker -- who is viewed as a replacement for Daizen Maeda.
The Japanese forward -- who left the club to join newly-promoted Premier League side Ipswich Town in a deal worth £10m -- registered 61 goal contributions in 128 games for the Bhoys and will leave a void that Hogh needs to fill.
The Danish striker is priced at 4/1 to top the Scottish Premiership top goalscorer standings in the 2026/27 campaign, trailing only Lawrence Shankland in the betting.
