Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets hope to stave off elimination for yet another game as they travel to Minnesota where the Wolves lead the series 3-2.
The Nuggets handled business at home in Game 5 against an Anthony Edwards-less and Donte DiVincenzo-less Timberwolves team to extend the series to at least six games, and the Wolves will be without their starting backcourt once again in Game 6.
Along with Edwards and DiVincenzo being out, Bones Hyland and Ayo Dosunmu have also popped up on the injury report. Both are questionable tonight as Hyland deals with a knee injury and Dosunmu is hampered by his calf.
Denver will be without Peyton Watson, who hasn't played since Apr. 1 with a hamstring strain, and Aaron Gordon is questionable with left calf tightness. Gordon has only played in three games this series, so the Nuggets should be ready to take the court without their best defender.
Jokic stepped up his playoff play greatly in Game 5 after he struggled in games two-through-four. The 3x MVP put up 27 points, 12 rebounds, and 16 assists while shooting 9-15 from the floor.
After shooting 23-68 (33.8%) in games two-through-four, Jokic's touch seemed to be back to the norm in Game 5. Ahead of Game 6, let's take a look his player props, odds, and lines on bet365:
