Hamilton, 41, breaks a 686 day drought of winning a Grand Prix, crossing the finish line almost 20 seconds ahead of George Russell.

The victory in Spain marks Hamilton's first F1 victory with Ferrari, and his first since the 2024 Belgium Grand Prix in July.

Hamilton is one of the greatest F1 drivers of all-time, winning a joint-record seven Formula One Drivers' Championship titles, tied with Ferrari legend Michael Schumacher. Hamilton also holds the record for most wins (106), pole positions (104), and podium finishes (206) in the history of Formula 1.

The British driver is proving that he's still got it at 41-years-old, securing three consecutive top-2 finishes, and his first victory since his days with Mercedes.

With the win in Barcelona, Hamilton became the oldest F1 race winner since Jack Brabham in 1970.

The Brit is currently second in the Drivers' Championship standings behind the youthful Kimi Antonelli of Mercedes. Hamilton has 115 points this season, 41 points behind Antonelli (156 points), and nine ahead of Russell (106 points).
