Yan Diomande has been courting the attention of Europe's biggest clubs following a spectacular breakthrough season with RB Leipzig.
The prodigious winger lit up the Bundesliga last term with 12 goals and eight assists in 33 league appearances as Leipzig finished third in Germany's top-flight.
Fleet-footed with blistering pace, creativity and clinical finishing, Diomande joined Leipzig from Spanish side Leganes after the club paid his €20 million release clause in July 2025 and now Die Roten Bullen are set to earn at least quintuple the price they splashed out if the 19-year-old departs this summer.
Leipzig have, however, repeatedly stressed that Diomande is not for sale and it would reportedly require a bid in excess of €130m (£112.4m) to prise him from the RB Arena, with the Ivorian tied down to a contract until 2030 which does not contain a release clause.
Despite the stance of the Bundesliga side and a number of sides being interested, Real Madrid have reportedly stolen a march on their fellow European heavyweights and are closing in on the capture of Diomande.
UEFA Champions League winners Paris-Saint Germain and a host of Premier League clubs have been linked, but transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has reported the La Liga giants are extremely interested and will submit a new bid in the coming days.
