Portsmouth remain hopeful of securing a deal to sign goalkeeper Daniel Bielica from Dutch side NAC Breda.
Bielica arrived in the Netherlands in the summer of 2024 from Polish side Górnik Zabrze.
The 27-year-old has been NAC Breda's number one for the past two seasons and has made 65 appearances for the club.
However, he was unable to prevent the club's relegation from the Eredivisie last season.
Portsmouth are looking to capitalise on NAC Breda's demotion and are keen to sign the player this summer.
It has been reported that Pompey have made multiple bids in an attempt to secure Bielica's signature.
However, Dutch news outlet Voetbal International have claimed that the bids have not been acknowledged by the club as of yet.
It is claimed that the club are currently refusing to negotiate a deal following a second offer which is around the £500,000 mark.
Nicolas Schmid is Portsmouth's current number one but the club are looking for another goalkeeper to challenge Schmid for the jersey.
Portsmouth are keen to get a deal done but it looks as though they might have to stump up more money for the Polish stopper.
