It is a busy Saturday in Britain and we are back on the Rowley Mile course at Newmarket, where the Cesarewitch Trial Handicap (16:20) is the big race of the day.
Racing Post tipster Graeme Rodway has provided three recommendations for the day's action at Newmarket.

The mile fillies' handicap (13:50) is an interesting little race and the one to be on here is Food For Thought, who represents Ralph Beckett and his string tends to come alive at this time of the year.
Food For Thought has been running well in the face of stiff competition recently. She has twice bumped into the rapidly progressive Silver Lake in her last three starts and that form is strong.
Silver Lake went on to score again at Doncaster last week and Food For Thought sandwiched her two runs behind that rival with a good second over 1m2f on the July course.
That proves she handles the Newmarket undulations and switching to the Rowley Mile is unlikely to pose any problem for her.
This looks like a significantly easier task than Food For Thought has been coming up against recently and Hector Crouch, who was on board for her good run at Salisbury in July, is back in the saddle.
She needs to take another step forward, but remains lightly raced and open to further improvement.
14:25 Newmarket - Berlinetta @ 9/1
The 7f handicap (14:25) provides a good opportunity for the Jack Channon-trained Berlinetta, who sneaks into the race off bottom weight and could be dangerous for a stable that is hitting top form.
Berlinetta showed a good attitude when getting up to win by a short-head at Windsor in July. That was her first start for the Channon stable and, while she didn’t need to improve to win, she did it nicely.
The daughter of Pinatubo went off a well-fancied 9/4 chance to follow up at Doncaster last month and finished only a disappointing fourth.
However, she went through the race like the best horse in the contest and was matched at a low of 3.5 in running before flattening out inside the final furlong.
She travelled so well that day that dropping back to 7f is unlikely to pose any problems, and it might even suit her better. George Bass, who rode her to her last win, is on board again and there is plenty to like.
15:00 Newmarket - Nostrum @ 20/1
The first division of the 6f handicap (15:00) is where the bet of the day lines up because I have been waiting for Nostrum to get his head back in front and this looks like a golden opportunity for him.
He has never fulfilled the potential he showed as a young horse and is without a win since landing the Listed Sir Henry Cecil Stakes on the July course in 2023.
However, he was running off a mark of 90 only three starts ago and now lines up racing from just 82. He is dangerously well handicapped.
Nostrum has shown little in his last four starts, but he did finish a close fifth of 15 at Newbury in June and his second behind the useful Boyfriend at Sandown the month before was another solid effort.
Both of those runs came off marks in the high 80s and 90, so a reproduction of either piece of form will do it.
The selection has shown most of his best form at Newmarket, so returning to this course where he has won before is definitely in his favour.
David Probert is an eye-catching jockey booking for the Mick Appleby stable that has had a quiet summer, but now appears to be finding its best form.
