Joe Louis - 26
Leading the way with the most title defences in boxing history is Joe Louis, who successfully defended his world heavyweight belt on 26 occasions before losing by unanimous decision to Ezzard Charles in 1950.
Manny Pacquiao - 8
Manny Pacquiao remains the only boxer in history to win a title in eight different divisions.
The boxing icon started his boxing career in the flyweight division, defeating Chatchai Sasakul on 4th December 1998 to claim the WBC flyweight belt.
He would go on to make his way through seven more divisions, including memorable wins against Juan Manuel Marquez for the WBC super featherweight title and Ricky Hatton for The Ring light welterweight belt.
Mike Collins - 4 seconds
Mike Collins needed just one punch to knockout Pat Brownson back in 1947, landing a damaging strike to the head of Brownson. This was enough for the referee to call the fight after just four seconds.
Billy Bird - 139
Billy Bird fought 356 times during his professional boxing career, winning 260 times, losing 73 fights and drawing in 20 contests.
139 of his 260 victories came via knockout, though he failed to win via KO in any of his last 11 fights.
Joe Louis - 11 years, 8 months & 8 days
Joe Louis tops the list for the longest title reign in boxing history, holding the lineal championship for 11 years, eight months and eight days.
He boasted a 66-3 record in his 17-year boxing career, recording 52 knockouts in this period.
George Foreman - 46 years, 5 months & 18 days
George Foreman was 46 years and 169 days old when he opted to relinquish his IBF strap in June, 1995.
Foreman finally brought his phenomenal professional career to a close in 1997 off the back of a points defeat to Shannon Briggs - a result that ended his hopes of challenging for a third heavyweight crown.
Joe Louis - 27
Featuring on the list for a third time, Joe Louis holds the record for the most wins in heavyweight title fights.
Winning the NYSAC, NBA, and The Ring heavyweight titles via knockout against James J. Braddock on 22nd June 1937, Louis would retain the title on 26 occasions before losing via unanimous decision to Ezzard Charles 13 years later.
Leon Spinks - 1 year & 1 month
Making his debut in a TKO victory over Bob Smith on 15th January 1977, Leon Spinks needed just over a year to become world champion.
In February 1978, he would hand the great Muhammad Ali just his third career loss, claiming the WBA, WBC, and The Ring heavyweight titles in the meantime.
An impressive feat no doubt, but Ali would avenge his loss against Spinks just eight months later, reclaiming his belts.
Len Wickwar - 473
The record holder for the most fights in boxing history is Len Wickwar, who fought in 473 contests during his 19 year career.
Fighting an incredible 4,020 rounds, Wickwar boasted a 342-86-43 record, concluding his career with a knockout defeat to Danny Cunningham on 6th February 1947.
