Birmingham City full-back Bright Osayi-Samuel has been linked with a return to former club Fenerbahce this summer.
Osayi-Samuel penned a three-year contract with the club when he arrived at St Andrew's last summer.
He made 24 appearances in all competitions last season as Birmingham eventually fell short in their quest to secure a top-half finish.
The club are looking to strengthen again this summer as they target the top-six as a minimum requirement.
The Blues are also willing to part ways with a handful of players to make room for new arrivals and Osayi-Samuel could be one of the names following the emergence of interest from abroad.
The Nigerian international left Fenerbahce at the end of the 2024/25 campaign and Turkish journalist Erkan Yurusan claims that the Turkish giants are interested in a reunion.
Osayi-Samuel made the move to Istanbul from Queens Park Rangers in January 2021 and spent four-and-a-half seasons at the club.
He made 178 appearances in all competitions before pursuing a move back to England twelve months ago.
Any move from Fenerbahce is likely to hinge on the future of their current right-back Nelson Semedo, who has been linked with a move away with his contract set to expire next summer.
Fenerbache will enter next season's UEFA Champions League in the second qualifying round after finishing second behind rivals Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Lig last season.
The lure of UEFA Champions League football may tempt Osayi-Samuel back to Turkey but it remains to be seen whether Birmingham see the player as part of their long-term plans.
