Zuffa Boxing is a new professional boxing promotion designed to modernize boxing.
Zuffa Boxing is a centralized league-style boxing competition based on the UFC model founded by Dana White.
The new promotion will feature high-quality matchmaking and clear stakes, while removing the unpredictability of traditional boxing promotions.
The rules will be the exact same a traditional boxing promotions, but the production of the fights and matchmaking will all be streamlined by Zuffa Boxing.
Who Owns Zuffa Boxing?
Zuffa boxing is the product of a venture between TKO Group Holdings, and Sela.
Sela, which is controlled by Saudi Arabia, owns 60% of Zuffa boxing, while UFC's parent company TKO Group Holdings owns the remaining 40% of the company.
When was Zuffa Boxing Founded?
Zuffa boxing was founded by Dana White and Turki Alalshikh in June 2025, with the initial showcase coming later that year.
Dana White set out to create Zuffa Boxing with the goal of fixing what he called a "broken" system in boxing, and joined forces with the Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority of Saudi Arabia, Turki Alalshikh.

Zuffa Boxing secured an exclusively media rights deal with Paramount Skydance.
Broadcast and streaming with be available on Paramount+ and CBS.
