Dallas Wings vs. Indiana Fever Prediction & Best Bets

It's been a breakthrough season for Dallas, but the Wings have scuffled of late and they go on the road to face a locked-in Indiana Fever team Friday at 7:30 p.m. ET.

The Fever won for the seventh time in the past nine games with a 106-92 victory over New York on Tuesday.

The Big Three were on point as Kelsey Mitchell had 28 points, Caitlin Clark added 22 points and 10 assists and Aliyah Boston chipped in with 19 points and seven rebounds.

Indiana shot a whopping 64% from 3-point land, making 16 of 25 attempts. Mitchell, Clark and Sophie Cunningham (12 points) made four treys each.

The Wings have lost five of seven, including three straight road games, but picked up a 94-88 triumph over lowly Toronto at home on Wednesday despite being shorthanded.

Paige Bueckers had 22 points and eight assists and Arike Ogunbowale had 21 points and five assists for Dallas, which was without double-double machine Jessica Shepard, who missed her first game of the season.

The 2026 No. 1 overall pick, Azzi Fudd, missed her third straight with knee soreness.

These teams play twice over the next week.

They have not faced each other since opening night in May, when Ogunbowale had 22 points and Buekers and Odyssey Sims each tallied 20 as the Wings outlasted host Indiana, 107-104.

Dallas Wings vs. Indiana Fever betting picks and predictions

Indiana Fever -5.5 (-110)

The Fever are favored by 5.5 points at home, with a -240 moneyline, while Dallas sits at +195. The Wings covered as 6.5-point underdogs in the season opener against Indiana.

Indiana has won four of its last five at home, where the Fever are 12-6. Dallas is 10-8 on the road.

The Fever have been relentless offensively all season, averaging a WNBA-leading 96.2 points per game. However, over the past nine contests, the team has picked it up even more, averaging 104.2 points while crossing the century mark eight times.

Mitchell (24.3 ppg) and Clark (21.7 ppg) now sit 2-3 in the league in scoring behind Las Vegas' A’ja Wilson. Mitchell is averaging 28.8 points over her last 10 games, scoring 28 or more seven times.

Clark is averaging 25.1 points over her last 10 contests, including a career-high 45 points in a win over Seattle last month.

Shepard's and Fudd's availability is still unknown. Even if they were both playing, it's hard going against Indiana in this one, so take the Fever giving 5.5 points.

Over 187.5 points (-110)

Dallas and Indiana easily cleared this total when the teams met in May. The Fever hasn't lost its scoring pace, while the Wings are still a respectable seventh in the league with 89 points per game.

And the Fever are still allowing opponents to score 90.4 points per game, so the ball should be flying up and down the court.

These teams have played to the Over eight times in the past 10 meetings. Look for it to happen again, take the Over.
