Bird had at least five assists in 16 playoff games in 1985, but never recorded as many as 10.
Wembanyama 2+ Games with 3+ Blocked Shots & 3+ 3-Pointers Made (+175)
Victor Wembanyama has four games in the 2026 playoffs in which he's produced at least three blocked shots and three three-pointers (one vs. Minnesota, three vs. OKC), which is already an NBA record for a single postseason. Two more games in the Finals with at least three blocks and three treys will allow Wembanyama to double the previous record for 3/3 games in one playoff year, which coming into 2026 had been shared by LeBron James (3 in 2016), Al Horford (3 in 2024), and Myles Turner (3 in 2024).
Wembanyama or Towns 30+ Pts & 15+ Rebs in Game 1 (+400)
Only three players have ever recorded at least 30 points and 15 rebounds in their NBA Finals debut, but two of them did so for one of these teams: Willis Reed (37 pts/16 reb for Knicks vs. Lakers in 1970), Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, (then known as Lew Alcindor, 31/17 for Bucks vs. Bullets in 1971), and Tim Duncan (33/16 for Spurs vs. Knicks in 1999). Wembanyama (8) and Karl-Anthony Towns (2) are two of eight NBA players this season with more than one 30/15 performance (regular season & playoffs combined).
