Five of the top-10 UCL all-time goalscorers have played a significant part of their career at Real Madrid, the team that has won the most titles in the competition of all-time (15).
Ronaldo tops the charts, and is closely followed by his long-time La Liga competitor Lionel Messi. Polish forward Robert Lewandowski is the only other player to have scored 100+ Champions League goals.
Two other legends of Messi and Ronaldo's generation, Karim Benzema and Thomas Muller also crack the top-10.
Retired legends Raul Gonzalez, Ruud Van Nistelrooy, and Andriy Shevchenko still make the list even after the five players mentioned above have stopped playing Champions League football.
Active stars Kylian Mbappe (27) and Erling Haaland (25) have shot up the all-time list very early in their careers, and do not look like slowing down anytime soon. Mbappe is just one goal away from cracking the top-five, but still has a long way to go to catch Ronaldo at the top of the list.
