Marsch helped Canada win it's first World Cup match, earn their first knockout stage birth and knockout stage win earlier this summer in 2026. He will now work with the Under-20 team in hopes of developing young talent for the next World Cup in 2030.
the Canada U20 team is led by 18-year-old captain, Emrick Fotsing, who plays his club soccer with Vancouver FC. Fotsing scored a brace against Panama U20 in Round 1.
