The Warriors had a chance to be a major threat in the NBA Playoffs with Steph Curry, Jimmy Butler, and Draymond Green, but Butler suffered a season ending injury 38 games into the year.
Curry himself has missed multiple weeks due to injury, and is currently on the sidelines with a knee injury.
The 37-year-old three point deadeye has averaged 27.2 points in 39 games this season, and with both him and Butler off the court, the team is relying on Brandin Podziemski, Moses Moody, and De'Anthony Melton to score the ball.
The aging team has lost 11 of their past 17 games, and is threatening to fall below .500 for the first time this season.

Golden State is 5.5 games behind the Los Angeles Lakers for a guaranteed playoff spot, but are pretty locked in to a Play-In spot in the West.
Golden State is seven games ahead of the Memphis Grizzlies who are the first team out of the Play-In spot, but after the trade deadline it is clear that Memphis is not pushing for that spot, but instead looking ahead to the 2026 NBA Draft.
