Roughly 2.3% of children born are twins, and only 0.03% of high school basketball players make it to the NBA. Having twin brothers who both play in the NBA... That math starts to get tricky...
Amen and Ausar Thompson are the most high profile of the recent NBA twins, but there are 5 other pairs of notable twins to have played in the NBA.
Many people have speculated that the retired Marcus Morris Sr. and his identical twin Markieff have switched jerseys while playing in the NBA. This would have been possible since they share identical tattoos, and even played on the same team for multiple seasons. To further speculate, they even admitted to swapping jerseys back in high school, but denied doing so in the NBA.
Here is a look at the best twins to step on the same court in the NBA since 2010:

Both players decided to forgo college and instead play for Overtime Elite (OTE). During their two year careers with OTE, Ausar won the league MVP, and Finals MVP.
The Thompson twins are living up to their expectations as top-5 draft picks, and both are elite defenders in the association and Ausar was recently named to the 2025/26 NBA All-Defensive First Team
Both players are sensational athletes even compared to fellow NBA players, which is just part of the reason why both are expected to take a large leap and help their teams compete for an NBA Championship in 2025/26.
