Bryson DeChambeau enters The Open Major Championship facing extra pressure to peform well this week.

Even though, his LIV Golf season has been successful so far with two individual event wins, it has not been enough for many to consider him at the top of his game.

DeChambeau qualified by finishing in the top 10 at last year's Open Championship, finishing T10 at 9-under.

He has one final chance to avoid missing the cut at all four major championships this year and the pressure is higher than ever for Bryson to turn things around.

DeChambeau is set to debut his newest set of 3D-printed irons at the Open Championship this week, and perhaps they are the missing piece his game has been waiting for.

Already this week, DeChambeau has faced scrutiny over his approach to links golf courses, with a former Open Champion questioning his course management and suggesting he lacks strategy needed to succeed in these unique conditions.

All eyes will be on Bryson as he tees it up alongside Scottie Scheffler and Tyrrell Hatton in the opening rounds, with a set of new irons and plenty to prove.
