2026 NBA Finals Odds: OKC Favorites for Second Straight Title

The NBA postseason began Tuesday, April 14, and will conclude with one NBA Finals Champions in early-mid June.

20 teams entered the postseason, but only four remain with a shot to win the NBA title.

The OKC Thunder won the franchises first NBA title last season, and are the favorites to win their second in back-to-back seasons.

The NBA Finals Favorites

The Oklahoma City Thunder (-170) are the favorites to win back-to-back NBA Championships, and have an even stronger roster than they did last year. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the favorite for the his second NBA MVP award, and his offense will be heavily relied on for the Thunder this postseason.

OKC boast the associations fifth best offense and second best defense in terms of points per game, and own a whopping +11.1 point differential heading into the postseason.

The San Antonio Spurs (+310) have second best odds to win the NBA Finals. Led by Victor Wembanyama and and multiple young studs, San Antonio is a gritty and athletic team build for postseason success.

San Antonio faces OKC in the Western Conference Finals.

The New York Knicks' (+550) chances have risen after a dominating second round sweep of the Philadelphia 76ers, and the team is cooking before the Eastern Conference Finals matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers (+2000).

Cleveland and New York have high expectations to reach the finals after being some of the best teams in the conference the past few years, but both teams have left a lot to be desired in the playoffs. Maybe 2026 can be the year that Jalen Brunson or Donovan Mitchell can lead their team to the Finals.
