We get a first look at Belgium next as they take on Slovakia in Frankfurt with team news on its way.
You can follow along with our live updates here.
Full time - Romania 3-0 Ukraine
That's a huge result for Romania. Not just the win but the goal difference.
Teams have gone through with three points as the best third-placed teams; one with 0 goal difference and one with -1. -2 hasn't been enough in the two expanded Euros. It means there's a good chance Romania can afford to lose their final two games and still get through with a positive goal difference.
They have Belgium up next though and while they've been very good today, that will present a much bigger test before their final match with Slovakia.
90' - Romania 3-0 Ukraine
Ukraine have shown more impetus in the dying stages but it's all much too late. It's a real worry that their best football has come when the game is long gone and there are big questions for Rebrov to answer.
Meanwhile the Romania fans have been tremendous and will be a great addition to the tournament, bringing a wall of noise and a sea of yellow.
75' - Romania 3-0 Ukraine
Ukraine have been better since going 3-0 down, but it's too little too late. Romania are happy to let them have the ball again, and while it wouldn't be a surprise to see a consolation goal, it would be no more than that.
64' - Romania 3-0 Ukraine
We've seen the likes of Italy, Serbia and Hungary respond well after going behind. Italy's response was instant, Hungary's came after the break, and Serbia were ultimately frustrated by the better side, but Ukraine have actually regressed since going behind, and that's got to be a big concern for Serhiy Rebrov.
With Belgium in their final game, their next game with Slovakia is probably a must-win, but the bigger concern right now must be goal difference.
Teams could squeak into the last-16 with three points, but a negative goal difference might not be good enough, and Ukraine are currently on -3...
Romania meanwhile have been good value for the win should they see it out. They defended well to restrict space early on, and it took a moment of brilliance from their captain to take the lead, but Ukraine have panicked since and offered little in return.
57' - GOAL - Romania 3-0 Ukraine (Dragus)
It's three!
Man does really well to beat his... man, going down the outside, sliding the ball with his right foot into the path of Dragus who's been really impressive today, who cannot miss.
There's a VAR check for offside, but the goal stands. What a result this will be.
53' - GOAL - Romania 2-0 Ukraine (R Marin)
Romania have a second!! Ukraine get bodies into the Romania half but are up against it when losing possession. Dragus starts the counter, Man cuts inside from the right but slightly overruns the ball which falls nicely to Razvan Marin who unleashes a drive from distance that finds the bottom corner.
Disappointing from Lunin again, though, it must be said.
46' - Romania 1-0 Ukraine
No changes for either side at the interval, but if things don't improve quickly for Ukraine you have to think substitutions will be made sooner rather than later.
Half-time - Romania 1-0 Ukraine
Frankly, a dismal first half from Ukraine. They've had one shot from inside the area and that was blocked. The highlights have come from Romania captain Stanciu, who scored the goal of the tournament so far, then hitting the crossbar directly from a corner, and they've been the better side since the goal.
Ukraine are 10/3 to come from behind and win.
40' - Romania 1-0 Ukraine
Stanciu again! He's swung an almighty corner in that's caught Lunin off guard and it dips over the keeper and onto the bar. A couple of inches lower and he'd have scored directly from a corner - and it looked like he meant it.
39' - Romania 1-0 Ukraine
Ukraine are showing a little more promise now, and when the ball falls out of the sky to Mudryk, the Chelsea man smashes a volley back across the six-yard box. It could've gone anywhere but ended up rebounding off captain Stepanenko, who had absolutely no time do anything with it.
Romania go up the other end with Man cutting inside, whipping an effort at goal. It's deflected inches wide with Lunin beat and Romania have another corner.
34' - Romania 1-0 Ukraine
After the goal it's been all Romania, who have a free-kick in a dangerous position on the left wing and it's Stanciu who whips the ball into an area where Dovbyk can only head behind for a corner.
Ukraine have been very underwhelming after a positive start and may need their own moment of magic if they're to get back into this.
32' - Romania 1-0 Ukraine
Romania have been happy to invite Ukraine onto them, but when applying pressure high up the pitch, Lunin was forced into a hurried and mis-hit clearance straight to the feet of Dennis Man. Man quickly finds Stanciu who shoots first time to score what will certainly go down as one of the goals of the tournament.
Out of absolutely nowhere, and suddenly there is a sea of yellow bouncing up and down around the Allianz Arena
29' - GOAL - Romania 1-0 Ukraine (Stanciu)
What a goal from Nicolae Stanciu!! Romania have offered very little but if they were to produce a moment of magic it was coming from that man.
It's a horror clearance from goalkeeper Lunin, with the skipper bending one into the top corner from 20 yards out.
20' - Romania 0-0 Ukraine
There's a real lack of quality in the final third from both sides here. The onus is on Ukraine to make things happen and it's taken 20 minutes to have a shot and even that was a hopeful effort from distance that flies over the bar.
Romania are getting forward on occasion but don't look like making much happen. Not the best game so far.
10' - Romania 0-0 Ukraine
Ukraine have started positively but Romania look well organised. A back four protected by Marius Marin with a midfield four ahead of him limiting space.
Mykola Shaparenko is pulling the strings for Ukraine in the early stages - he'll likely be crucial to any success Ukraine have going forward this afternoon.
Though Ukraine are odds-on favourites today, it was Romania who had the much more straightforward path to the tournament. Ukraine were drawn in a group with England and Italy, and although they drew with both sides at home, they lost both games away, meaning they relied on the Nations League route.
We won't go into how they drew who they drew in the play-offs as the game kicks off in half an hour, but after being 1-0 down to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the final 10 minutes, goals form Yaremchuk and Dovbyk secured their path to the final against Iceland where they again came up with a late winner, this time via Mudryk, to reach Euro 2024.
For Romania, the equation was much simpler. Though they weren't in a group with sides like England or Italy, they won six and drew four of their Qualifying games, taking four points off Switzerland to top their group and book their ticket to Germany.
You may recognise centre-back Radu Dragusin following his move to Tottenham, but there aren't many recognisable players in the Romanian XI.
Their wide men, Florinel Coman and Dennis Man will provide threats down the flanks, but captain Nicolae Stanciu is the side's most creative outlet, and has 14 goals in 70 games.
Ukraine look the more potent attacking outfit, however. We've not seen Mykhailo Mudryk live up to expectations at Stamford Bridge just yet, but the winger has electric pace that will scare any full-back.
On the opposite flank, followers of La Liga will recognise Viktor Tsyhankov after an impressive season with Girona, while club team-mate Artem Dovbyk claimed the Pichichi Trophy with 24 goals in 36 La Liga games last season, and leads the line for the national side.
Andriy Yarmolenko's best years may be behind him, but the 119-time-capped winger can provide an option off the bench, as can Roman Yaremchuk, who scored twice at Euro 2020.
Romania XI (4-1-4-1) : Nita; Ratiu, Dragusin, Burca, Bancu; Razvan Marin, Marius Marin, Man, Stanciu, Coman, Dragus
Ukraine XI (4-3-3) : Lunin, Konoplia, Zabarnyi, Matvienko, Zinchenko, Shaparenko, Stepanenko, Sudakov, Tsygankov, Mudryk, Dovbyk
Another day, another Super Boost for Euro 2024.
On Friday we saw over 0.5 first-half goals between Germany and Scotland; on Saturday Switzerland had the most shots on target against Hungary, and on Sunday England beat Serbia making it three out of three successful Super Boosts so far.
Will it be four out of four today? We've have a Super Boost on the below Bet Builder from 23/20 to 2/1:
Joint-favourites France get their Euro 2024 campaign underway on Monday against unfancied Austria, offering a chance to lay down something of a marker.
Now under the guise of Ralf Rangnick, expect Austria to be a well organised outfit, but with the talent at Didier Deschamps' disposal, Les Bleus shouldn't encounter too many problems.
Belgium also get their tournament underway today against Slovakia, and in a group with no particularly strong opposition, Domenico Tedesco's men could fill their boots.
Belgium and France are 19/10 joint-favourites to score the most goals on Monday, with Ukraine 4/1 ahead of their afternoon clash with Romania.
Expecting a goal glut? We've seen Spain and Switzerland score three, Germany score five and only two clean sheets so far, and it's 5/4 that we see over 8.5 goals across the three matches today.
There are plenty of markets to get your teeth into even after the Euros has kicked off, with our Highest Scoring Team market still available.
Germany are now 5/4 favourites after their five-star performance against Scotland, with Spain 7/2 second favourites after putting three past Croatia.
England are 6/1 , and while they may expect to play a minimum of six games in reaching the semi-finals, the second-half display against Serbia left lots to be desired, with the Three Lions registering just four shots in the entire match.
There have been 22 goals so far in just seven games, but we've yet to see the tournament's first brace, with 21 players currently tied in the race for the Golden Boot on one each.
There have been no major moves in the market, with Kylian Mbappe edging clear of Harry Kane in the market after the Bayern Munich man's blank against Serbia, though Jude Bellingham, Alvaro Morata and Kai Havertz have all opened their accounts
Odds will display when market is available.
Unlike their opponents, Ukraine do have a few more recognisable names, from Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk, to Arsenal's Oleksandr Zinchenko, to Real Madrid Andriy Lunin, and you can read up on their star players and ones to watch ahead of their Euros opener.
It may not be the vintage team of 25 years ago with Gheorghe Hagi lighting things up, but Romania have got here on merit, topping their Qualifying group.
Nevertheless, there aren't exactly many household names in their squad, and you can read up on their manager, captain, key players and more .
You can read our tips and predictions for Romania v Ukraine , with one of Europe's hottest forwards predicted to continue his impressive goalscoring form...
"He has hit an eye-catching 10 goals in 26 appearances so far for his country, including four in his last seven outings, and looks primed to hurt Romania on Monday.
"His recent shooting stats at club level also point to at least one goal in Munich for the prolific striker."
Welcome to our live coverage of the Euro 2024 clash between Romania and Ukraine in Munich.
There's every chance both these sides qualify from Group E, but that will largely depend on beating Slovakia and not losing to each other. A defeat and the pressure is very much on. A competitive defeat of course is not something Romania are used to, having progressed through Qualifying unbeaten, topping a group with Switzerland, who impressed in their opener against Hungary. You sense Romania would settle for a draw, whereas Ukraine will be keen to get a win under their belts ahead of their meeting with Slovakia on Friday.
Ukraine were in England's group in Qualifying, coming third and reaching Germany via the Nations League play-offs, beating Iceland in the final. We'll have all the build-up including odds, tips, team news and more here ahead of Monday's opener.
