Which cities are Scotland playing in at the 2026 World Cup?

This summer will mark Scotland's first appearance in the World Cup since 1998, where they were eliminated in the group stage.

They booked their spot in the World Cup when defeating Denmark in memorable 4-2 fashion on 18th November, with late goals from Kenny McLean and Kieran Tierney sending Hampden Park into raptures.

The Tartan Army have never advanced past the group stages at the major tournament, winning just four of their 23 games.

They've failed to beat Brazil on four occasions at the World Cup, losing three times and drawing once, and they'll face them for a fifth time in their final Group C contest on 24th June.

The eagerly anticipated tournament will take place over three countires - Canada, the United States and Mexico - but which cities will Steve Clarke's side visit. Find out below

Scotland will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina for the 2026 World Cup, with Clarke set to prepare his team at MLS side Charlotte FC's state-of-the-art training centre.

The Tartan Army will travel to Foxborough, Massachusetts, on the outskirts of Boston, for their first two games at the tournament, where they will play Haiti and Morocco at the Gillette Stadium.

Their final group stage game will see them make the trip to Miami Gardens in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where they will take on Carlo Ancelotti's Brazil.

With Brazil priced at 1/5 to win Group C, Scotland will be desperate to take second place in the standings to guarantee a place in the round of 32.

If they do finish second in the group, their route to the final would see them play their round of 32 game in Guadalupe, Monterrey, before heading to Houston, Texas for a round of 16 clash.

Should they defy all odds and come through the round of 16, they would return to Foxborough for the quarter-finals, head to Arlington, Texas for the semi-finals and East Rutherford, New Jersey for the final.

On the off chance Scotland win their group, priced at 12/1, they would play their round of 32 game in Houston, before heading to East Rutherford for the round of 16. Miami Gardens would be their quarter-final destination, while they would travel to Atlanta for the semi-finals.

Scotland's route to the final won't be confirmed until after the group stages if they qualify for the round of 32 in third place.
