Rival bosses Rob Baxter and Mark McCall will lock horns one final time as Saracens head for Devon and a clash with Exeter Chiefs that has become a straight knockout for a spot in the Gallagher Prem play-offs.
This classic modern English rivalry has lit up the domestic game over the last decade and, with McCall departing at season's end, a chapter will close following this tussle at Sandy Park.
Exeter have only beaten Saracens once in a play-off game - their dramatic last-gasp 2017 semi-final success at this venue – but the Chiefs have the chance to do it again now in what is a knockout clash in all but name.
Saracens sit in fifth spot in the Gallagher Prem, a place behind their hosts, knowing only a win at Sandy Park will take them to the play-offs at Exeter's expense.
Best Bet – Exeter Chiefs to win @ 10/11

Best Bet: Exeter Chiefs to win @ 10/11
Exeter hit a speed bump in recent weeks, losing three of four Gallagher Prem games before their trip to Leicester Tigers last Sunday.
They trailed at half-time at Welford Road but came up with the goods in the second period to run out 35-26 winners – the first away side to win at the Midlands venue this season.
It leaves Baxter's team in control of their play-off destiny, knowing a win here will keep Saracens at bay. The Londoners have won five on the trot to keep their own play-off claims intact and will be desperate for another victory as boss McCall prepares to sign off.
They have lost four of the previous five meetings in Devon and also lost the reverse game at the StoneX in December. Exeter haven't always come off best in this tetchy rivalry but can claim the spoils now.
Alternative Bet: Highest Scoring Half: Second Half @ 1/1
Exeter trailed 14-13 at half-time against Leicester last weekend before taking the second half 22-12.
Saracens held Harlequins scoreless in the opening half but had to work hard for their 26-12 win in the second period.
More points were scored in the second half than the first when these sides met in London in December while there were 13 first-half points here last season compared to 40 after the break.
With their seasons now on the line, it could be a tense start at Sandy Park before the floodgates open as one or other of these sides may be forced to go for broke.
Olly Woodburn cemented his place at full-back for Exeter with a couple of tries in the win over Leicester last weekend.
The veteran has now been at Sandy Park for more than a decade and insists there was a real belief they could go to Welford Road and win. He's taken to continue his confident play with another try.
This could become a tit-for-tat scoring battle and Saracens won't go down easily. Tobias Elliott admitted his side were thrilled to best Quins last weekend given they have 'had our challenges' against the fellow London-based outfit in recent times.
The 22-year-old Watford-born winger has four tries for Saracens in five Gallagher Prem games since mid-March and can land another.
