The Philadelphia Eagles travel to London looking to shake off the disappointment of back-to-back defeats to the Chicago Bears and Los Angeles Rams to take their record to 2-2 for the NFL season.
They face an in-form Jacksonville Jaguars team at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with the Jags extending their record to 3-1 by beating the Cincinnati Bengals last week.
Best Bet - Jacksonville Jaguars -7.5 @ 10/11
Alternative Bet - Will Shipley under 35.5 rushing yards @ 20/23
Bet Builder Tip - Jalen Hurts to throw an interception, Jalen Hurts to score a touchdown, Jakobi Meyers over 40.5 receiving yards @ 8/1
Best Bet - Jacksonville Jaguars -7.5 @ 10/11
Preparation is key for NFL games in London, and the Philadelphia Eagles' plans have been far from ideal.
After losing back-to-back games and having several offensive stars injured, they have also chosen to fly in just two days before this game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
That approach rarely works in international games, and the Jags are in red-hot form.
Jacksonville's defense ranks second in the NFL for points allowed and takeaways, while they lead the league in run defense.
The Eagles will also be operating with a makeshift offensive line after the retirement of Lane Johnson, trading of Cam Jurgens and an injury to Drew Kendall.
Expect Philly to have to throw the ball often and that is not something which Jalen Hurts has particularly excelled at this season.
By contrast, Trevor Lawrence has been rock-solid, with 843 passing yards, eight touchdowns and two interceptions from his four games. The Jags can cover the spread in London.
Alternative Bet - Will Shipley under 35.5 rushing yards @ 20/23
Injuries to Saquon Barkley and Tank Bigsby mean that the inexperienced Will Shipley will be in at running back for the Philadelphia Eagles behind a makeshift offensive line.
That does not inspire confidence against the best run defense in the league and the under for Shipley's rushing yards makes plenty of appeal.
Expect the Eagles to throw it often and Shipley to have a quiet day.
Jalen Hurts to throw an interception
Jalen Hurts to score a touchdown
Jakobi Meyers over 40.5 receiving yards
Pays 8/1
Jalen Hurts has already thrown three interceptions this season and against a Jacksonville team which leads the league with six interceptions, another looks likely.
However, the Eagles quarterback is still a viable option with his legs and with key running backs Barkley and Bigsby out, he could run in a touchdown himself.
Jakobi Meyers has 165 receiving yards already this season and against an injury-hit Eagles team, he is fancied to go over 40.5 recieving yards.

The Philadelphia Eagles' running back Will Shipley has career highs of 10 carries and 34 yards

Philadelphia have lost back-to-back games
Philadelphia have been devastated by injuries coming into this clash.
Barkley and Bigsby are out at running back while receivers Dontayvion Wicks, DeVonta Smith and Marquise Brown could all miss out too.
Johnson has retired, Jurgens has been traded, and centre Kendall will miss the game with a knee injury, leaving the Eagles' offensive line significantly impacted.
Jihaad Campbell, Dallas Goedert, Zack Baun, Marcus Epps, Jonathan Greenard and Fred Johnson are also questionable as this banged-up team limp to London.
Montaric Brown, DaVon Hamilton, Anton Harrison, Josh Hines-Allen, Jarrian Jones, Jourdan Lewis, Cole Van Lanen and Eric Murray were all listed as questionable for the Jaguars after limited practice this week.
