We've taken a look back at the ten most valuable players in the Turkish Super Lig during the 2024/25 season.
In his four seasons at Napoli, Victor Osimhen earned a reputation as one of the most prolific goalscorers in world football.
After an impressive campaign in Ligue 1 with Lille, Gli Azzurri paid a club record fee to bring the Nigeria international to the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona in the summer of 2020.
Reaching double figures in both of his first two seasons at the club, Osimhen would enjoy even greater success in his third, netting 26 times in Serie A as Napoli claimed their first Scudetto in more than 30 years.
Head coach Luciano Spalletti departed just weeks after the triumph however, and over the course of the following year Osimhen's relationship with the club publicly broke down amid protracted contract negotiations.
During this period Osimhen was linked with moves to some of Europe's top clubs, with Chelsea coming particularly close on deadline day in 2024 only for the deal not to materialise.
Instead Osimhen joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan deal for the 2024-25 campaign, becoming the most valuable player in the history of the Turkish top flight in the process. (Transfermarkt)
In his first season at the Ali Sami Yen Stadium, Osimhen more than lived up to the hype surrounding him - netting 37 goals in all competitions as Galatasaray won a 25th Super Lig title.
But who else were the most valuable players in the league that season? Let's find out.
