Brighton & Hove Albion are reportedly weighing up a move for Femi Azeez from Championship side Millwall.
BBC Sport journalist Nizaar Kinsella has reported that Brighton are considering making an offer for the player.
It is claimed that the Nigerian international could be available to leave if Millwall receive a substantial offer.
Azeez joined Millwall from Reading in the summer of 2024 but it was last season where he made the biggest impact.
The 25-year-old scored 11 goals in 35 matches as the Lions reached the Championship play-offs, before they were eventually beaten by Hull City over two legs.
Alex Neil's side were 2-0 winners away at Bristol City as they got their Championship campaign underway on Saturday.
Josh Coburn was on the scoresheet twice for Millwall, while Azeez also started in the away win.
Millwall are expected to challenge at the top of the Championship once again this season and Azeez would be a difficult player to replace as the transfer window enters its final fortnight.
Brighton are still looking to strengthen their squad as they prepare for UEFA Conference League football following last season's eighth-placed finish.
