Last season's Championship play-off semi finalists Millwall have reportedly made a move for Hull City's Kyle Joseph.
According to the Mail Online, the Championship outfit have reportedly made a £5m bid to sign the former Blackpool and Wigan Athletic forward this summer.
After missing out on promotion to the Premier League last season, Millwall are in the market for top Championship quality this summer, as they look to mount another strong campaign.
Joseph, who played 49 times for the Tigers last season across all competitions, is expected to be surplus to requirements at the MKM Stadium this summer, attracting the interest of a number of Championship sides.
The 24 year-old had a strong season in 2025/26, scoring five goals and registering five assists in Hull's promotion campaign, two of which came against Millwall in a 3-1 away win.
According to reports, Joseph has even admitted that his father is a Millwall fan, which may give the Lions a boost in a potential race for his signature.
Hull City are likely to be willing to part with a number of their Championship-level stars ahead of this new season, as they look to raise funds for a busy summer of action back in the top flight.
A Scotland U21 international, who can play across the front line, Joseph was likened to Argentinian star Lionel Messi after scoring against Southampton by Hull City manager Sergej Jakirovic last season.
The 24 year-old reportedly has a number of suitors across the Championship, though Millwall are the only side so far to have reportedly made a bid for his services.
It remains to be seen whether the Hull City man would trade the chance of Premier League football for another stint in the Championship, but he would undoubtedly be a great signing for Millwall in their hunt for a top flight return.
