Millwall are reportedly in the process of finalising a deal to sign highly-rated goalkeeper Filip Marschall from Stevenage.
Marschall arrived at Stevenage last season after emerging from Aston Villa's academy.
During his time at Villa Park the 23-year-old made just a single senior appearance, with the bulk of his first-team experience coming via loans at Gateshead, MK Dons and Crewe Alexndra.
At Broadhall Way Marschall made an instant impact, with Alex Revell installing him as the club's No 1 as they reached the play-offs before being beaten by Stockport County in the semi-finals.
Marschall's 18 clean sheets throughout the campaign were enough to see him earn the League One Golden Glove award, and alerted clubs higher up the pyramid to his potential.
Stevenage had been hopeful of holding on to their first-choice stopper this summer but it appears that he will be on the move as Millwall look to bolster their options between the sticks.
According to a report from Pete O'Rourke, Millwall have agreed a permanent deal to sign Marschall, with the goalkeeper set to undergo a medical before completing a move to The Den.
Millwall's interest comes after regular No 1 Lukas Jensen suffered a quad injury in the club's 5-1 defeat by Southampton and is now expected to spend an extended spell on the sidelines.
The news is a significant blow for the Dane who missed the entirety of the 2025-26 campaign through injury.
