Racing on the Rowley Mile Course is due to commence at 13:15 and the Group 3 Tattersalls Stakes and the Listed Rose Bowl Stakes are among the highlights.

Woohoo’s run of placed efforts came to an end at York last time out but the mare got involved in a pace battle and overdid the early fractions, therefore, she may be worth giving another chance to.
Jim Goldie’s progressive five-year-old has taken her form to a new level this campaign, winning at Musselburgh at the start of the season and she’s finished runner-up on no fewer than seven subsequent occasions.
She’s shaped like she would benefit from a drop back to sprinting in her last couple of starts at seven furlongs and David Egan taking over from an apprentice rider has to be considered a positive for this mare’s chance.
This will be her first run at Newmarket but she’s shown that she can handle an undulating track and while she remains on a career mark, she may be capable of resuming progress back at her preferred distance.

Gregory isn’t the most straightforward and while he got back on track in a Listed race at York when last seen, he has a Listed penalty for that success and there’s a suspicion this could be a prep for Champions Day at Ascot next month.
Therefore, the stayer could be worth taking on with Arabian Force. William Haggas’ four-year-old had a tough task in Group 1 company at the Curragh last time out but is one to consider dropping in class with a few factors in his favour.
The son of Lope De Vega looked like a stayer in the making when not beaten far in a trio of starts at the back end of last season and again left the impression that further would suit when just touched off at Longchamp on his return to action.
Not much has gone right since but a step up in distance could be the answer to getting him back on track and this race could set up nicely for him with the likes of Burdett Road and Gregory likely to take them along at a decent clip.
With the yard running at a 20% strike-rate in recent weeks and the potential for this gelding to come on from his recent effort in Ireland, he should be capable of giving the favourite plenty to think about.
16:10 Newmarket - Masterinthewoods @ 9/1
The Class 4 middle distance handicap doesn’t look like the deepest race for the grade and Masterinthewoods has a fair bit in his favour.
This four-year-old bombed out at the St Leger meeting when just a 4/1 shot but he’s shown all his best form on a quicker surface than what he got at Doncaster and he had been previously knocking on the door in some competitive handicaps.
There could be even more to come if he settles better in the early stages and he may be capable of doing exactly that, with the race likely to be contested at a decent pace.
He’s still unexposed at this distance and represents a yard in form so there’s plenty in this gelding’s favour back on his preferred surface.
