Switzerland seem to have improved as the World Cup has gone on and they will be confident when they take on Algeria in Vancouver on Friday in the last 32.
The Swiss drew their opening game against Qatar but were able to topple co-hosts Canada from the top of Group B and will fancy their chances of progressing to the last 16 of the World Cup.
However, while the North Africans were given a Lionel Messi masterclass in their opening 3-0 defeat to Argentina, that has been their only loss in their last 14 games and they will think the draw for the last 32 could have been a lot worse.

Best Bet: Over 2.5 goals @ 11/10
Switzerland recovered well from being pegged back by a late Qatar goal in their opening game, but they are still prone to conceding, which gives Algeria hope they can make a big impression when these two meet in the last 32 in Vancouver.
The Fennecs have come into the tournament in decent form and, while they were unfortunate to run into Argentina, they then beat Jordan and were involved in an epic 3-3 draw with Austria.
They conceded a late equaliser in that latter game after it looked as if they had netted an injury-time winner, but they could have dodged a bullet with Austria, who finished runners-up, being paired with Spain.
There were fears that the final group game would be a drab affair as a draw was enough for both teams to qualify, but that did not materialise and it is questionable whether Algeria will be able to sit back.
So it adds up to a potentially entertaining clash in Vancouver and there could be a few goals.
Alternative Bet: Dan Ndoye to score at any time @ 11/4
Switzerland scored seven goals in their three Group B games and it is a surprise that Dan Ndoye has not yet got in on the act.
The forward struggled to make an impression in his first season at Nottingham Forest after joining the Tricky Trees from Bologna, but his international appearances have been generally decent.
He scored four goals in five appearances before coming to the finals and, while he has yet to net, he had six efforts on goal against Qatar and four against Bosnia.
It is worth chancing that this is the occasion when he gets off the mark.
Both teams to score
Ruben Vargas to have a shot on target
Riyad Mahrez to be fouled over 1.5 times
Pays 7/1
Switzerland have conceded one goal in seven of their last nine matches and have kept just one clean sheet in that period, so it would not be a surprise if both teams netted in Vancouver, especially as Algeria have failed to do so in just three of their last 17 outings.
Swiss midfielder Ruben Vargas is one player who looks to have got his eye in having scored against both Bosnia and Canada.
He has had multiple efforts in seven of his last 11 competitive appearances for his country and La Liga outfit Sevilla and, as he has registered a shot on target in all three of his appearances at this year's final, he should be able to do so again.
Meanwhile, Algeria's Riyad Mahrez is demonstrating that he can still be a handful at the age of 35, especially after the former Manchester City wideman scored twice in the 3-3 draw with Austria.
He was fouled twice in that game and also in the preceding 2-1 win over Jordan, which is something that could happen again in Friday morning's showdown.
