Ipswich Town are hoping to add to their squad before the summer transfer window closes on Tuesday with reports claiming a bid has been made for Burnley forward Zian Flemming.
The Tractor Boys, who followed up a 2-1 win over Sunderland on the opening weekend of the Premier League season with a 5-2 thrashing at Manchester United, have brought in 13 new players this summer.
Emersonn, Abdul Fatawu, Chuba Akpom, Daizen Maeda and Julio Enciso have bolstered the attacking options at head coach Gary O'Neil's disposal, although the former Strasbourg boss is keen for more help in that department.
Turf Moor exit on the cards for Flemming?
Flemming is now in Ipswich's sights and reports are claiming an offer has been made for the Burnley hitman, who has scored three goals in four appearances this season.
The Dutchman netted 11 times as the Clarets were relegated from the Premier League last season, but he could be set for a quick return to the top-flight.
Burnley are eager to keep hold of Flemming, especially as they will have limited time to find a replacement, but they may find it tough to turn down a bid around £20 million, which is what the club are believed to value him at.
Town are not the only club showing an interest in the forward, with reports suggesting Brentford have been monitoring the situation and could be tempted into making a late move.
Ligue 1 outfit Lille are another club who have been credited with an interest, although it is not thought an offer has been lodged.
Doubts over Abraham move
With the Tractor Boys making a late move for Flemming, it raises questions as to whether they will be able to complete a move for Aston Villa's Tammy Abraham.
It was reported last week that a deal had been agreed between both clubs for a season-long loan, with the decision left down to Abraham if he wants to make the temporary move.
Given there has been no confirmation of a deal, it would appear Abraham is having doubts over a move to Ipswich and he may want to fight for his place at Villa.
The transfer window closes at 23:00 BST on Tuesday, 1st September, leaving clubs with little time to wrap up a late deal.
