Surrey's star-studded line-up looks set to have too much for Nottinghamshire Outlaws at Trent Bridge with a place in T20 Blast finals day up for grabs.
Notts defeated Surrey in the 2020 T20 Blast final, but this quarter-final clash may go the way of the South London side.
The Outlaws finished top of the North Group, winning eight of their 12 games to finish ahead of Yorkshire and Lancashire Lightning, but Surrey may have achieved more in coming runners-up in the South Group.
They won seven of their 12 group games, coming second behind Hampshire Hawks and this Brown Caps side is packed with England internationals.
They have won two of their last three Blast matches, easing to an eight-wicket success over Sussex Sharks and claiming a nine-wicket win over Kent Spitfires.
Outlaws have won three of their last four matches but they suffered an 18-run defeat to Yorkshire in their last group-stage outing and they may find this another stiff test.
Best Bet - Surrey to win @ 8/11

Bet Builder - Surrey to win, Jason Roy to score 30+ runs & Reece Topley to take 2+ wickets @ 11/2
Best Bet: Surrey to win @ 8/11
Surrey won the first edition of the T20 Blast in 2003 and, while they have been unable to add to that sole success, their squad is so strong it shouldn’t be long before they do.
Surrey could even do it this season and they look like leading candidates to win this quarter-final clash with Nottinghamshire Outlaws, who may have been flattered by winning the North Group.
The Outlaws won eight of their 12 group-stage matches but Yorkshire and Lancashire were blighted by inconsistencies and the southern sides have tended to fare best in this competition.
Somerset defeated Hampshire Hawks in last season’s competition and Surrey won seven of their 12 games in the South Group to show their capabilities.
Jason Roy, Laurie Evans, Josh Philippe, Dan Lawrence and Ollie Pope form a formidable top order for Surrey, while Tom Curran, Jordan Clark, Sean Abbott, Chris Jordan and Reece Topley are devastating bowlers.
Notts don’t bat as deep as Surrey and they look dependent on Joe Clarke and George Munsey to score their runs.
Alternative Bet: Jason Roy top Surrey runscorer @ 13/5
Surrey opener Roy may not be the model of consistency he once was but he can still be dangerous when in the mood and he appeals to lead the scoring charge for the southerners.
Roy was dismissed for just 13 runs in Surrey’s final group-stage match to Essex but he has had a productive tournament, scoring 397 runs in 12 appearances.
Prior to that, Roy finished on 103 not out against Sussex and got 50 not out against Kent to show he is in excellent touch and he may be able to build on that in this clash with Nottinghamshire Outlaws.
Roy hit six fours and eight maximums against Sussex three outings ago and then hit eight boundaries against Kent in his next start, showing the problems he can cause when full of confidence.
Surrey to win
Jason Roy to score 30+ runs
Reece Topley to take 2+ wickets
Pays 11/2
Surrey are missing Sam Curran and Will Jacks, but they still have a wealth of talent at their disposal and can find a way past Nottinghamshire Outlaws.
This is a side that boasts a lot of international quality and opener Roy can lead by example. He has scored 30 or more runs in three of his last five appearances and can put together another healthy contribution.
Topley has 19 wickets in 12 tournament appearances and can take another couple of scalps against the Outlaws.
The pace bowler has taken three wickets in two of his last six matches and looks to be getting back to his brilliant best.
