The self-proclaimed 'UK's Hardest Man' has been a regular feature on Misfits events in recent months.
After making his debut in a bizarre clash with Armz Korleone in the summer, Stacks - real name Charlie Cox - claimed his maiden victory by stopping Jordan McCann in Newcastle.
Fresh off the win he will make a quick turnaround to take on the former the former Premier League footballer Collins at the Copper Box Arena.
Collins made more than 200 appearances across two spells with the Hammers, and he will no doubt have the crowd on his side when he returns to the capital for his boxing debut.
