Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard is on the verge of leaving the club to join Turkish side Besiktas.
Trossard has been linked with a move since the end of last season but the deal was on hold whilst Belgium were at the 2026 World Cup.
Following Belgium's quarter-final defeat to Spain, the transfer now looks set to be completed after journalist Ben Jacobs reported on X that the player has agreed a deal.
"Beşiktaş reach an agreement in principle with Leandro Trossard. 3+1 contract on a wage of around €9m.
"Beşiktaş always confident on finalising the move post-World Cup. Fee agreed with Arsenal is €18m+€2m."
Trossard joined Arsenal in January 2023 for a fee of £20 million following a successful period at Brighton & Hove Albion.
The 31-year-old winger has played 174 times for Arsenal and has weighed in with 36 goals.
He will be best remembered at the Emirates Stadium for being part of the team which won the Premier League title last season.
Trossard also started the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain, where the Gunners suffered an agonising penalty shootout defeat.
Arsenal are in the market for reinforcements on the left flank this summer and the club have deemed that the time is right to allow Trossard to move on.
