Dinamo Zagreb striker Dion Beljo is one of several options that Everton have ahead of the January window.
Football Insider chief transfer correspondent Pete O'Rourke has reported that the Croatia international is "on the radar" of the Merseyside club as they look to recruit a new forward in January after missing out on several targets in the summer.
The 24-year-old would be some coup for the Toffees following a scintillating spell in front of goal that has seen him bag 51 times in 57 matches across the last two seasons.
Beljo has a positive goal to game ratio in the Croatian top-flight this campaign; his 12 goals in eight appearances fuelling Zagreb's title charge.
However, with a current deal that is set to expire in 2030, it will take a hefty fee for the Croatian giants to part company with their prolific striker. Transfermarkt value Beljo at €15m, but it is expected that a fee far in excess of that number will be enough for the club to sanction a move.
The former Augsburg man got himself on the scoresheet against world champions Spain in the Nations League last month and has been linked to several top European sides of late, including Chelsea, Tottenham and Brentford.
David Moyes is in desperate need of reinforcements in forward areas after late summer moves for Folarin Balogun and Joshua Zirkzee failed to materialise. Thierno Barry is currently Everton's sole recognised centre-forward following the departure of Beto.
