Brazil are the big favorites to win Group C, but Morocco are a very capable competitor who finished fourth in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Morocco are just two places behind Brazil in the FIFA World Rankings entering the 2026 World Cup in North America, and both teams are expected to surpass Scotland and Haiti to reach the knockout stage of the prestigious tournament.

The most exciting players from Group C are Brazil's Vinicius Junior, Morocco's Achraf Hakimi, Scotland's Scott McTominay, and Haiti's Wilson Isidor.

Brazil

Brazil have qualified for all 23 World Cup tournaments to date, and have won the tournament the most times with 5 victories.

Neymar has been included in the Brazilian National Team's World Cup squad in 2026, only at Joao Pedro's peril. Neymar is well past his prime at 34-years-old but the forward is a staple of Brazil's team.

Carlo Ancelotti's club features lots of experience with Gabriel and Marquinhos in the center of defense, and Vinicius Junior and Raphinha up front.

Morocco

Morocco qualified for their third straight World Cup, after their highest ever finish in 2022 by reaching the semifinals. Fresh off a historic run that captured global attention, Morocco has firmly established itself as a powerhouse not just in Africa, but on the world stage.

With a squad filled with top-level European club experience and a passionate fan base behind them, the Atlas Lions enter the next international cycle with growing expectation and belief that their recent success is just the beginning.

Morocco are led by experienced goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, PSG wingback Achraf Hakimi, and Real Madrid's Brahim Diaz.

Scotland

Scotland have qualified for their ninth World Cup, but have never escaped the group stage of the tournament.

The best players in Scotland's team mostly play in the midfield, including Aston Villa's John McGinn, and the Napoli duo of Scott McTominay and Billy Gilmour.

Scotland are captained by Liverpool's Andrew Robertson, and will likely have Che Adams starting up front.

Haiti

Officially nicknamed Les Grenadiers, the Haiti National Football Team has qualified for their second ever World Cup tournament.

Haiti have done well to convince Stoke City forward Wilson Isidor to switch his allegiances from France to the CONCACAF nation prior to the World Cup this summer. Isidor will be joined by Wolverhampton's Jean-Ricner Bellegarde and Philadelphia Union's Danley Jean Jacques.

Haiti are the first and only Caribbean team to have qualified for the World Cup twice.
