Round One at the US Masters was full of ups and downs for many players. The dry course is playing extremely firm and fast, testing players ball control and ability to hold shots on the green.
Defending champion Rory McIlroy, finished the first round T1 alongside Sam Burns at 5-under.
Round 2 of the Masters is well underway, with the top 50 and ties advancing to the weekend rounds. It is estimated that the final cut will fall at +4 or +3. A few strokes higher than last year, Augusta has been testing players with its fast and firm conditions.
