For the first time since 2016, the two Super Bowl opponents from the previous year will meet in Week 1.

The Seahawks defeated the Patriots 29-13 in Super Bowl 60 seven months ago, but both teams, in particular both offenses, changed a lot in the offseason.

New England immensely upgraded their wide receiver room with the additions of AJ Brown and Romeo Doubs in place of Stefon Diggs and Kayshon Boutte, while the Seahawks will have a new playcaller in Brian Fluery and a new running back in Jadarian Price who will look to fill Kenneth Walker II's big shoes in Seattle.

There were four touchdowns in the big game last year, and there should be more offense in this season's opener - especially for New England. Quarterback Drake Maye has talented weapons and is going into his second year with Josh McDaniels as his offensive coordinator.
