USMNT USA - 2026 World Cup

Christian Pulisic, nicknamed 'Captain America' is already one of the greatest American soccer players of all-time, and will lead the United States Men's National Soccer Team to the 2026 World Cup in June.

Pulisic will make his second FIFA World Cup appearances with the USMNT in 2026, after leading the team at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Pulisic made his USMNT in March of 2016 in a World Cup Qualifying match against Guatemala at just 17 years, and 193 days old. With the appearance, the then teenager became the youngest player to play for the United States in a qualifying match.

A few years later in November 2018, Pulisic became the youngest player to ever captain the nation when he wore the armband in a match against Italy. He was just 20 years, and 63 days old.

in 2021, Pulisic captained the USMNT enroute to winning the inaugural Concacaf Champions league, and scored the winning goal against Mexico in the final in June of 2021.

Captain America is a four time winner of the U.S. Soccer Male Player of the Year award (2017, 2019, 2021, 2023), tying Landon Donovan's record for the most in USMNT history.

Christian Pulisic's Club Career

Christian Pulisic has played for three clubs in his career so far, Borussia Dortmund (Germany), Chelsea FC (England), and AC Milan (Italy).

Pulisic began his career in the internationally acclaimed Dortmund youth system, and made his senior debut with Dortmund at 17-years-old on January 30, 2016.

The American played four seasons with Dortmund, helping the team lift the German Cup in the 2016/17 season. Pulisic then earned a move to Chelsea FC in England's Premier League in 2019.

Chelsea sent him back to Dortmund on loan for the remainder on the 2018/19 season, then traveled to England where he became the second American to ever win the UEFA Champions League when Chelsea won the competition in 2021.

Pulisic's Chelsea career came to an end in 2023, and has found a home in Italy with AC Milan. Pulisic has become one of the best players in Serie A since his move, scoring 42 goals and adding 26 assists in 128 appearances.
