The Arizona Diamondbacks are one of the MLB's younger franchises, established in 1998 as an expansion team.
The Diamondbacks wasted little time becoming competitive, and creating a name for themselves. Just four seasons into their existence Arizona reached the World Series, defeating the New York Yankees in a dramatic seven-game series in 2001.
The Arizona Diamondbacks are in the National League. They compete in the West Division alongside the Los Angeles Dodgers, San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants, and Colorado Rockies.
The Arizona Diamondbacks are +2000 to win the NL West, +3500 to win the National League, and +7000 to win the World Series.
