United States Captain Keegan Bradley announced his six picks to round out Team USA for the 2025 edition of the Ryder Cup. Here's a look at the team, odds, and format of the 2025 Ryder Cup.
Keegan Bradley was selected by the PGA of America for the captaincy role due to his passion for the competition, and selected the final six golfers for the Ryder Cup on Wednesday after the top six automatically qualified. Bradley surprised many fans by deciding to not pick himself after an impressive 2025 season where he ranked 11th overall in the U.S. Ryder Cup Rankings.
Bradley announced his decision to not pick himself by stating that he wanted to prioritize the captaincy of the team rather than competing himself. In Bradley's announcement he also mentioned that his six choices played their way onto the team down the stretch of the 2025 season.
Scheffler is the number one ranked golfer in the world at the moment and clinched his spot on the team in 2025 in June. This will be the 29-year-old's third straight Ryder Cup appearance.

J.J. Spaun is the reigning U.S. Open champion and will be making his first Ryder Cup appearance. Spaun and was ranked No. 112 in the world at the end of 2024, but after an impressive 2025 campaign he has risen 106 spots and currently sits as the world number six.

Schauffele, 32, has had a difficult 2025 after starting the year injured. He only earned qualification for the tournament because of his 2024 season where he won two majors. Schauffele will be making his third straight appearance for Team USA.

Henley will be making his Ryder Cup debut this year after winning the Arnold Palmer Invitational, his fifth career PGA Tour title. The former Georgia Bulldog has a strong track record of playing well with Scheffler at the Presidents Cup in Montreal.

English is also a former Bulldog golfer and returns to Team USA after missing out in 2023. English earned his way onto the team after winning the 2025 Farmers Insurance Open.

The LIV Golf star earned the sixth and final automatic spot on the 2025 Ryder Cup team after only being eligible to earn points in majors. DeChambeau earned a victory at Pinehurst to help secure his spot, and will be playing in his third Ryder Cup.

Justin Thomas will be playing in his fourth Ryder Cup and is currently ranked fifth in the world. Thomas earned eight top-10 finishes this season after finished T-7 in the TOUR Championship.

Ranked eighth in the world, Morikawa will be making his third Ryder Cup appearance. Morikawa is a consistent golfer but has only placed top-10 in one event since March.

Griffin quit professional golf in 2020, but has made a remarkable comeback since returning to the sport. Ranked eighth in the Ryder Cup standings, the 29-year-old has finished top-15 the last 10 times he's made the cut.

Young will make his Ryder Cup debut this year and is on a remarkable hot-streak. The 28-year-old won the Wyndham Championship last month and finished fifth, 11th, and T-4 in all three FedEx Cup Playoffs events in August.

The 33-year-old Cantlay will be making his third appearance for Team USA after two prior successful cups. Cantlay has been playing well of late after finishing T-2 at the TOUR Championship last weekend, and has played very well when paired with Xander Schauffele.

Burns currently ranks No. 22 in the world after securing two top-10 finishes in his last two appearances at the BMW and TOUR Championships. Burns will make his second Ryder cup appearance after debuting in 2023.
