In 2025, total prize money is £53.5 million, an increase of 7% from last year's pool of £50m.

The total pot is double the figure awarded to Wimbledon competitors 10 years ago.

How much does the winner of Wimbledon earn?

Since 2007, Wimbledon has implemented equal prize money to men and women.

The winner of the men's singles and women's singles will each receive £3m, which is £300,000 more than the figure awarded to champions Carlos Alcaraz and Barbora Krejcikova in 2024.

Victors in the men's doubles and women's doubles will each take home £680,000, while the pairing triumphant in the mixed doubles will pocket £135,000.

How much do first-round losers receive at Wimbledon?

Players that qualify for the main draw in the men's and women's singles at Wimbledon are guaranteed to receive £66,000.

An increase of 10% from last year's figure, players who received wildcard invitations from the All England Club are also entitled to the sum if they go out in the first round.
