There have been some eye-catching deals in the Women's Super League this summer, with more to come between now and closure of the summer transfer window.
The women's world record transfer fee was shattered four times in 2025, three times by clubs in the WSL, as English sides attempted to cement themselves as legitimate global powerhouses.
Plenty of business has taken place this summer too, but there is a feeling that even greater sums will be splashed out during the final week or so.
Deadline day 12 months ago saw London City Lionesses part with a record £1.5 million to acquire the services of Paris Saint-Germain captain Grace Geyoro to the club, whilst Alyssa Thompson also joined Chelsea's women's team for a seven-figure fee.
With clubs in the English top-tier keen to enhance their sides for 2026/27 it would come as no surprise to see the record smashed once more.
But how long do WSL clubs have to conduct their transfer business before the window closes?
Find out below...
The 2026 summer transfer window will close at 23:00 (BST) on Thursday 3rd September, 2026, for clubs in the Women's Super League.
It represents an additional 48 hours than their male counterparts in the Premier League and EFL get, with their window set to close at 23:00 (BST) on Tuesday 1st September, 2026.
