With Jack Butland on the verge of joining newly-promoted Hull City we've taken a look at when the former England international last played in the Premier League.
Reports suggest Butland is set to make the move to the MKM Stadium in the coming days, with Hull City goalkeeper Ivor Pandur going the other way as part of two seperate transfers.
The funds raised from the deal, combined with Kyle Joseph's reported move to Middlesbrough, is expected to mean that Hull will be in compliance with PSR regulations for the 2025/26 season and will avoid a points deduction.
Butland is expected to become the first signing of the summer window for Hull as they expect a number of new faces to arrive on Humberside ahead of their Premier League opener against Manchester United on 22 August.
While it remains to be seen if Butland will be Hull's No 1 for the coming campaign, his experience will prove invaluable as Sergej Jakirovic's side look to dropping back down into the Championship.
The 33-year-old has spent the last three seasons with Rangers, making 155 appearances in all competitions for the Scottish club.
In his maiden season in Scotland Butland was part of the Gers side that won the Scottish League Cup, starting in the final as they defeated Aberdeen at Hampden Park.
In all, he has made 87 Premier League appearances across spells at Stoke City and Crystal Palace.
Prior to his move to Ibrox Butland spent three seasons in the Premier League with Palace, but found minutes hard to come by, with Vicente Guaita the club's preferred No 1.
He spent the second-half of the 2022-23 campaign on loan at Manchester United, the club he had supported as a child.
However, despite being named on the bench 20 times by then United-boss Erik ten Hag - including in the 2023 FA Cup final - Butland never made a senior appearance at Old Trafford.
As such, his most recent top flight appearance came with Palace in 2021-22.
With Guaita struggling with injury towards the end of the campaign, Butland enjoyed a run of three consecutive league starts under Patrick Vieira.
The most recent of those came in a 3-2 defeat by Everton on 19 May 2022, as Palace were unable to hold on to an early lead following second-half strikes from Michael Keane, Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Butland returned to the bench for the final game of the season, with Guatia returning to the starting XI as the club claimed a 1-0 win over Manchester United to close out the campaign.
