Southampton goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu is attracting interest from Derby County this summer.
Bazunu joined Southampton from Manchester City in the summer of 2022 for a fee of £12 million.
The Republic of Ireland international featured 32 times in the Premier League during his first season at the club, but he was unable to prevent the club's relegation to the Championship.
However, hopes were high for Bazunu after featuring heavily for the club at the age of 20 and he went on to play 41 matches in the following season as the club secured promotion back to the top-flight at the first attempt.
Bazunu's career has stuttered since then and he has found himself out of favour in the last two seasons following injury and a loss of form.
He missed the start of the 2024/25 campaign with an achilles injury and was subsequently loaned out to Standard Liege in Belgium.
Bazunu featured 19 times for the club in the Championship last season before moving on loan to Stoke City in January, where injuries restricted him to six appearances.
The Sun have reported that Derby are interested in signing the 24-year-old this summer.
Derby's first-choice goalkeeper Jacob Zetterström is approaching the final year of his contract and has been linked with a move away.
It is claimed that the Rams see Bazunu as a potential replacement as the club looks to mount a play-off challenge next season.
