Take a look at the latest odds for Player of the Match as South Korea take on Czechia in the Group A at the 2026 World Cup.
South Korea will once again be led by skipper and talismanic forward Son Heung-min, upon whose shoulders their World Cup fate seems to rest, though a solid enough supporting cast including Kim Min-jae, Lee Kang-in and Lee Jae-sung should see them get out of a fairly straightforward group.
They take on a Czechia side who will no doubt lean on set pieces. While there are a handful of recognisable names including Tomas Soucek, Ladislav Krejci, Vladimir Coufal and Patrik Schick amongst their ranks, Miroslav Koubek's outfit rely more on their physicality and organisation and will be hoping for a low-scoring affair in Guadalajara.
For what is a fan vote, Son is the understandably favourite at 3/1, alongside Czechia's Patrik Schick, with both the main goalscoring threats for their side.
South Korea's Lee Kang-in, Oh Hyeon-gyu and Hwang Hee-chan are next in the betting ahead of Czech playmaker Pavel Sulc.
