Enzo Maresca will almost have a full strength squad to pick from as Manchester City travel to Germany where they will face-off against RB Leipzig.
The Citizens, who have two wins from three UEFA Champions League matches this season, are looking to bounce back from defeat against Brighton in the Premier League over the weekend.
Erling Haaland, Matheus Nunes and Iliman Ndiaye all squandered chances at the Etihad, leaving City fans feeling as if they could have taken something from the game.
Both Real Madrid and Como have inflicted heavy defeats on RB Leipzig in Europe so far and ex-City defender Martín Demichelis will be hoping for a more positive performance from his men as he prepares to battle his old side.
RB Leipzig v Manchester City team news
Demichelis faces a few more fitness issues than Maresca in the home dugout.
Assan Ouédraogo misses out due to a shoulder issue and he is joined on the sidelines by former Chelsea forward Marc Guiu.
Maxime Esteve, who joined from Burnley over the summer, is on the bench, despite injury doubts. As is another ex-Chelsea attacker in Chrstopher Nkunku.
Maresca's sole absentee is winger Antoine Semenyo, set to miss at least another six weeks of action due to a knee injury that he picked up earlier in the campaign.
Ruben Dias and Jeremy Doku watch on from the bench, as Marc Guehi and Iliman Ndiaye start.
After a hat-trick last time out in this competition, Phil Foden earns a recall to the starting XI.
